What we do

Empowering the Hispanic construction community through education, workforce development, business growth, and leadership opportunities.

Building Skills. Creating Opportunities. Strengthening Communities.

At the Hispanic Construction Institute (HCI), we believe workforce development goes beyond job placement. Our mission is to equip construction professionals with the technical, financial, and professional skills needed to build sustainable careers, stronger businesses, and long-term economic mobility.

Our programs are designed specifically for the Hispanic construction workforce and delivered through a bilingual learning model that combines practical education, industry- relevant terminology, and real-world application.
