HCI is actively developing partnerships with the Technical College System of Georgia and other Educational institutions throughout the state to connect Hispanic workers with existing apprenticeship and career training opportunities.
The goal is to serve as a bridge between Georgia’s workforce development resources and the Hispanic construction community by increasing awareness, access, and enrollment in high-demand skilled trades programs.
